What is the Returns & Exchange Policy?

It is our aim that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from Sheridan Games. If for any reason you need to return an item please email our Customer Service team who will be happy to help on this number: contactus@sheridangames.co.uk


Please ensure the product is in a resalable condition and returned in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within 365 days from the date of despatch.
We will refund you for the original price of the item or send you an exchange. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You have the right to cancel any distance contract with Sheridan Games Ltd up to 14 days after the day of delivery of your goods. Should you want to exercise your right to cancel, please email our Customer Service Team on contactus@sheridangames.co.uk . You must contact us with 14 days of receiving your goods. We will refund you for the original price of the item. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain proof of postage. Returns will be processed as soon as possible after we receive the goods back. We regret that postage, packaging and insurance costs of returns cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Is it possible to order replacement parts?

Sheridan Games will replace missing or damaged parts if notified within 365 days from the date of despatch*.
Please email our Customer Service Team on contactus@sheridangames.co.uk  with the following information:
• Name
• Phone Number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Product code and name
• Order number
*If an item has been discontinued and we no longer sell it, we may not be able to provide replacement parts

NB: Every delivery we make requires a signature upon delivery. If there isn’t anybody available to receive your order when we try to deliver, it will be returned to us. At this time we will contact you and arrange a refund of your order, less postage. If the products are still required, a new order will need to be placed.
